About The Role

As an Amazon Associate, you'll take ownership of product listings and account performance in Amazon Seller Central. From creating and managing SKUs and ASINs to resolving cases and troubleshooting listing issues, you'll ensure our products are accurate, visible, and performing at their peak. Your attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will help deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Amazon Case Management

  • Manages casework within Amazon Seller Central, including handling common case issues related to listings, FBA, fees, and account health
  • Resolves Seller Central cases end-to-end, investigating discrepancies and submitting accurate, well-documented support requests
  • Monitors Account Health and performance notifications, taking timely corrective actions to ensure policy compliance
  • Tracks case statuses and outcomes, maintaining detailed logs and escalating recurring or unresolved issues as needed
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics and sales to ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Catalog & Listings Management

  • Create and manage SKUs and ASINs in Amazon Seller Central, including full product listing setup and inventory tracking.
  • Catalog Updates: Maintain and update product catalogs based on content provided by the Merchandising & Operations team
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and fix listing issues, including suppressed listings, broken variations, and image errors.
  • Post-Upload Validation: Perform post-upload validation and follow through on unresolved issues by logging and managing cases with platform support.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date internal catalog records.

Competencies And Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon Case Management, with a proven track record in maintaining account health and managing Amazon catalog operations
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, including policies, programs, optimization tactics, and experience communicating effectively with Seller Support
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, able to actively manage cases, resolve daily bottlenecks, and navigate Amazon's timelines efficiently
  • Familiarity with Notion and other fragmented case management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams, with strong general technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
