The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years of practical experience handling Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display formats
  • Proven experience owning Amazon growth and performance strategy, not just PPC execution
  • Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, keyword-level optimization, search term analysis, and scalable campaign structure
  • Experience optimizing performance based on TACoS, contribution margin, profitability, organic ranking, share of search, and overall business growth
  • Ability to connect advertising strategy with inventory, pricing, listing quality, PDP conversion, and commercial goals
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-SKU, or high-growth Amazon advertising accounts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign, keyword, search term, sales, and profitability data into clear actions
  • Hands-on experience using Amazon Ads Console, Excel or Google Sheets, and third-party Amazon PPC or analytics tools
  • Familiarity with listing optimization, content performance, and PDP conversion drivers
  • Experience working cross-functionally with brand, content, supply chain, pricing, and commercial teams
  • Strong accountability, communication, prioritization, and work ethic in a performance-driven environment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, tests, and optimization priorities

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage Amazon Ads performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and campaign structures to support profitable growth
  • Identify, prioritize, and expand high-value opportunities that improve sales, efficiency, and visibility
  • Create keyword strategies that strengthen organic ranking, share of search, and product discoverability
  • Analyze campaign results by keyword, search term, SKU, segment, placement, and performance trend
  • Refine campaigns using search term data, conversion insights, keyword performance, and spend efficiency
  • Work with brand and content teams to improve PDP quality, creative relevance, and conversion performance
  • Test and adjust creatives, targeting approaches, bidding strategies, keyword structures, and campaign formats
  • Align advertising spend with inventory levels, pricing direction, business priorities, and growth targets
  • Track and report TACoS, contribution margin, rank movement, campaign efficiency, and overall business impact
  • Turn performance data into clear recommendations for scaling, optimization, and margin protection
  • Spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities that improve campaign performance and long-term marketplace results
