As an Assistant Manager /Business Partnering and Medical Manpower Planning , you will play a key role in supporting the company's strategic human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop tailored talent management strategies
- Conduct comprehensive manpower planning and forecasting to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time
- Provide HR business partnering support, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
- Analyse workforce data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency
- Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives
- Support the broader HR team in achieving the company's strategic objectives
What We're Looking For
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar HR business partnering or manpower planning role, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset
