What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit technology, application/IT support, or a technology-focused role, with hands-on Alteryx experience required
- Proficiency in Alteryx, including building, modifying, troubleshooting, and supporting workflows for data preparation, transformation, and analysis
- Experience supporting application development, implementation, deployment, technology initiatives, and professional automation solutions
- Experience with CaseWare, Power BI, or other audit/data analytics tools; knowledge of Python, SQL, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar technologies
- Understanding of application support, troubleshooting, technology enablement, and data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a proactive continuous-improvement mindset
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on Alteryx support while assisting audit teams with CaseWare, Power BI, DocuMine, and other digital tools.
- Investigate technical issues and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve them.
- Assist with the planning, development, testing, implementation, configuration, and improvement of technology solutions.
- Collect user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, process documents, and other support resources.
- Help improve and automate audit processes using Alteryx, Python, SQL, UiPath, and related technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to test and implement new tools, solutions, and process improvements.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
