What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate client records, including documentation and roster details.
- Manage and update daily and ongoing staff rosters, ensuring full shift coverage.
- Implement roster changes and fill urgent, short-notice, and advance shifts.
- Provide administrative support to Care Managers and across departments.
- Send team communications and coordinate with care workers as required.
- Assist with compliance tasks, incident reports, and flag urgent case matters.
Key Criteria
- Previous experience in administration or customer service.
- Confident using phone systems, email platforms, and standard administrative tools.
- Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls and regular client interactions.
- Willingness to work on weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday as scheduled days off.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7 am–4 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup once a week.
