What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate client records, including documentation and roster details.
  • Manage and update daily and ongoing staff rosters, ensuring full shift coverage.
  • Implement roster changes and fill urgent, short-notice, and advance shifts.
  • Provide administrative support to Care Managers and across departments.
  • Send team communications and coordinate with care workers as required.
  • Assist with compliance tasks, incident reports, and flag urgent case matters.

Key Criteria

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service.
  • Confident using phone systems, email platforms, and standard administrative tools.
  • Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume calls and regular client interactions.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday as scheduled days off.

Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7 am–4 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup once a week.
