The
ALDI Territory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned ALDI retail associates and locations, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences and adherence to Salmon's operational standards. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, ensuring store efficiency with low risk, and supporting the ALDI Sales Lead in achieving overall business goals. As an on-the-ground leader, the ALDI Territory Supervisor ensures that every Retail Associate is motivated, aligned, and equipped to deliver top-tier service. This position thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support store teams to ensure daily operational efficiency and sales targets are met.
- Work closely with the ALDI Sales Lead to implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and operational improvements.
- Monitor in-store performance metrics and provide timely reports, feedback, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Salmon Financing Inc.s operational standards, company policies, and customer service guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance and staff engagement.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service excellence.
- Address customer concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Logistics, Marketing, HR) to resolve operational issues and support store needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, sales, or field operations.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, retail performance metrics, and inventory control.
- Experience working with ALDI stores or in a financial/consumer goods retail environment is a plus.
