Salary: ₱30,000/month-₱35,000/month

Qualifications

3-5 years of construction experience
At least 3 years actual experience in ALC/AAC panel installation
Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is preferred
Can read and understand architectural drawings, ALC shop drawings, and installation details
Knowledge of:
ALC/AAC panel installation and alignment
Steel brackets, supports, and anchors
Joint treatment and sealants
Panel cutting and adjustment
Installation around doors, windows, columns, beams, and slabs
Experienced in supervising ALC installers and manpower
Able to monitor daily productivity, work quality, and installation progress
Knowledge of basic QA/QC and safety requirements, including work-at-height safety
Can coordinate effectively with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and other trades
