- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Must be willing to be assigned or relocate to any domestic stations of PAL express (Manila/Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao)
Active hiring on the following outstations: Dumaguete, Laoag, Siargao, Buasuanga and Iloilo
- With at least 2 years experience in front line customer service - Preferably with knowledge & experience in the following:
- PSS and Integrated Passenger Handling
- Basic Reservations and Ticketing
- Airport and Ground Handling

Responsibilities
- The Airport Officer will be responsible in the management of passenger handling both above & below wing operations.
- He/She will be in charge of the ground handling oversight from monitoring of performance, providing guidance & direction to the GH including setting of SLA.
- He/She shall be the focal focus in CAAP.
- Shall have On-Time Performance (OTP) handling oversight and in-charge of the flight disruption management.
