Airline & Travel Sales Associate

AIRLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects, OR College Graduate
• Must have at least 6 months of solid and recent BPO experience
• Must have C1-level English proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency close to Standard American English
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with flight reservations, inquiries, and travel concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures
• Handle concerns involving delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled flights
• Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and other passenger requests
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Demonstrate empathy and maintain a high level of customer service
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
• Follow airline policies, procedures, and service standards

TRAVEL SALES ACCOUNT

Qualifications:

• HS/SHSGraduate or College Graduate
• Must have at least 1 year of solid BPO experience
• Must have experience in a Pure International Voice Account
• Excellent verbal and customer communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries
• Provide accurate information on flights, fares, schedules, and travel policies
• Recommend suitable travel options based on customer needs
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining excellent service
• Identify opportunities to upsell travel products and services
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer transactions
