Collaborate with the GSA Leadership/ Management and airline Principal to manage and implement the sales and marketing strategies in line with the airlines requirements
Recommend and implement approved sales strategies and processes to fill up available cargo capacity per flight and grow business .
Submit on-time reports to the stakeholders / management/ airline represented.
Maintain a positive and proactive approach to clients/customers including build up of more customers (ie. mainly Freight Forwarders).
Monitor the changing market conditions and recommend business strategies to address market challenges for present and for the future
Manage effectively the operations of the sales team to fulfill market obligations for the airline such as meeting the sales target.
Manage the general annual budget with respect to sales, financials, staffing and overall costs.
Motivate Sales team and ensure focus on needs of customers.
Responsible for physical sales calls / product update / blitz / meeting with Customers (for online, offline, interline)
Prepares Sales Presentations, Business Plan, and other required reports to GSA Management, Customers and Principals
Interfaces with customers (Freight Forwarders) and United Principals as necessary during physical visit.
Prepares and submits weekly/monthly/annual sales report and revenue performance.
Ensures that Sales staff (AEs) submit Weekly Sales Activity Report to the Cargo Sales Manager of all calls done to include opportunities and itinerary for the following week and highlights of current week.

Responsible for maintaining strategic key and local accounts and contributing to the formulation of strategies to produce and increase revenue from United together with the Sales team (Online and Interline).
Identify growth opportunities for market coverage.
Manager and focus on customers needs and requirements such as destination inquiries for different commodities (Gen Freight and others) to include rates quotations and transit time.

Job Qualifications:
Degree in business -related field
Cargo GSA/ airline cargo expert or at least 5-year experience in Airfreight industry
Experience in contract management as GSA handling
Knowledge regulatory regulations,(e.g. airline, airport authorities, airline / airport policies and procedures and related documentations
Strong Airline commercial expertise with focus on airline sales and marketing strategies
Pleasing personality and able to lead the team effectively
Must be able to communicate well with principal (leadership level) and management
Established relationship with the customers
Highly presentable, polished, and professionally groomed, with strong confidence in face‑to‑face airline and customer engagements
Represents the company and airline principals with professionalism, courtesy, and brand alignment during client meetings, presentations, and official visits
Comfortable in a highly client‑facing, relationship‑driven commercial role
