Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and HVAC systems
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs
  • Clean and service aircon units, including filters, coils, and ducts
  • Check refrigerant levels and recharge systems when needed
  • Ensure proper installation and configuration based on technical specifications
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed units
  • Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site
  • Prepare service reports and document work performed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Handle tools and equipment properly and maintain them in good condition
  • Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and maintenance needs
  • Recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades when necessary
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and materials

Job Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate, Vocational Course, or TESDA-certified in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology (or equivalent)
  • With experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning units (split-type, window type, or centralized systems)
  • Knowledgeable in electrical wiring and basic mechanical systems related to HVAC
  • Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork or onsite servicing
  • With good work attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Fresh graduates with NC II certification are welcome to apply
