Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs
- Clean and service aircon units, including filters, coils, and ducts
- Check refrigerant levels and recharge systems when needed
- Ensure proper installation and configuration based on technical specifications
- Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed units
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site
- Prepare service reports and document work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Handle tools and equipment properly and maintain them in good condition
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and maintenance needs
- Recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades when necessary
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and materials
- At least High School Graduate, Vocational Course, or TESDA-certified in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technology (or equivalent)
- With experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning units (split-type, window type, or centralized systems)
- Knowledgeable in electrical wiring and basic mechanical systems related to HVAC
- Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork or onsite servicing
- With good work attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fresh graduates with NC II certification are welcome to apply
