Job Description
- Lead gateway, cargo and ramp operations to ensure smooth daily operations
- Investigate and resolve operational disruptions, delays or service failures
- Ensure ramp, cargo and flight operations comply with safety standards
- Manage ground handling vendors to meet safety and efficiency requirements
- Identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in airline/airport operations
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of flight operations, ground handling and cargo processes
- Familiarity with IATA, ICAO regulations and safety standards
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strategic planning and operational leadership
