Good understanding of customers SOP and shipment handling requirements.
Review and prepare Air Waybills accurately.
Handle DG declarations and liaise with third‑party providers for DG packaging in accordance with DGR requirements.
Conduct compliance checks and verification for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Temperature‑Controlled cargo.
Work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Monitor console cut‑off times and cargo lodge deadlines to support timely processing of urgent shipments.
Review and prepare Air Waybills accurately.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all export documents (documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO), FTA and others.
Accrual all costs in system and book in vendors invoices.
Ensure and trigger pre-alerts and necessary electronic submission/ interface to relevant stakeholders for the assigned air export shipments.

Job Requirements:
Min GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in a freight forwarding industry
Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail who is proactive, meticulous and efficient.
Possess positive attitude and must be a good team player in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
DG certification would be an added advantage.
5.5 days alternate Saturday (Monday-Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday: 9am to 1pm)
