Collaborate closely with regional teams, HQ GTM, and supply chain functions to develop annual and quarterly demand plans for international markets. Conduct rolling forecasts to ensure healthy inventory levels and efficient stock allocation across regions.
Coordinate with regional teams and headquarters supply chain to manage supply-demand alignment, proactively resolving supply constraints and ensuring balanced product availability across the assigned markets.
Lead demand analysis for designated overseas markets and act as the planning interface between regional teams and headquarters. Track product delivery cadence and provide planning recommendations based on HQ strategy, ensuring stable supply inputs for regional planning.
Establish and optimize operational tools for overseas business operations, including regional business modeling, pricing framework development, price data analysis, and sales discount strategy management.
Support overseas project implementation by assisting with commercial terms discussions, and facilitate the execution of international trade policies and related business operations.
Dynamically track and manage execution pricing across overseas projects. Analyze market feedback and propose optimization recommendations to improve pricing strategies and commercial performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with 13 years of relevant working experience
Strong analytical, learning, and logical thinking skills, with attention to detail
Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills
Experience in consumer electronics or technology industries is preferred
Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
