Job Description

Job Title: AI Workflow Engineer - Business Automation, CRM & Agentic Operations

Company: Wonder Group - Wedded Wonderland / Liviti

Location: Remote

About the Role

Wonder Group is looking for an AI Workflow Engineer to help build the automation backbone across Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.

This role sits between engineering, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, product, and leadership. Your job is to take repetitive, manual, high-value business processes and turn them into AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, accuracy, quality, and commercial performance.

You will not simply recommend tools. You will build, test, connect, document, maintain, and improve workflows.

You will work across Wedded Wonderland, including luxury weddings, destination weddings, global venues, vendors, planners, tourism boards, hospitality partners, and Wedded Concierge and Advisor workflows; and Liviti, including property investment, finance, wealth advisory, broker support, referral partners, client onboarding, and customer journey automation.

  • Task routing and workflow management

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit existing workflows across Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.
  • Identify repetitive, manual, high-value processes that can be automated or AI-assisted.
  • Build AI workflows using LLMs, APIs, automation platforms, scripts, forms, webhooks, CRMs, and internal systems.
  • Connect tools such as Zoho, Google Workspace, Slack, websites, spreadsheets, CMS platforms, email systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
  • Build workflows with clear triggers, steps, outputs, approvals, and exception handling.
  • Add human approval points where automation risk is high.
  • Maintain documentation for every workflow.
  • Monitor workflow performance and fix errors quickly.
  • Work with internal teams to understand the real business process before automating it.
  • Help create AI-assisted SOPs across the organisation.
  • Train team members on how to use new workflows correctly.
  • Work with engineers and product managers to turn high-value workflows into scalable systems.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • You have documented the top workflow automation opportunities across Wedded and Liviti.
  • You have shipped at least five useful AI-assisted workflows.
  • You have reduced manual work across at least two departments.
  • You have created documentation for all major workflows built.
  • You have implemented approval points for workflows that touch customers, money, compliance, or sensitive data.
  • You have created a basic monitoring and improvement process.

Required Experience

  • Experience building business automations using AI, APIs, and workflow tools.
  • Practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, structured outputs, workflow design, and automation.
  • Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Zoho, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Retool, or similar.
  • Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, forms, CRMs, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Strong process thinking.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
  • Commercial judgement around what is worth automating and what is a distraction.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, or similar.
  • Experience in CRM-heavy businesses.
  • Experience in sales ops, RevOps, marketing ops, customer success, marketplaces, finance, property, travel, weddings, hospitality, or luxury.
  • Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, Apify, PhantomBuster, Browse AI, or similar.
  • Experience building workflows involving email, calendar, documents, websites, customer records, or internal knowledge bases.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Only builds simple Zapier automations and calls themselves an AI engineer
  • Cannot explain triggers, dependencies, approvals, edge cases, errors, or reporting
  • Automates before understanding the business process
