We're looking for a highly skilled, sales-focused AI Video Editor to create compelling, conversion-driven video content across multiple formats.

This is not just a video editing role—it's a performance marketing role powered by video. Your work will directly impact product sales by creating engaging, high-converting content across paid advertising and social media channels.

Your primary focus will be:

• Creating high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs)
• Producing e-commerce advertisements
• Developing AI-powered UGC content
• Building hyper-realistic AI talking avatar videos
• Using motion graphics and animation to strengthen brand authority
  
  

While future projects may include AI education and AI clone initiatives, the current priority is creating video content that drives measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Sales-Driven Video Creation

• Create high-converting Video Sales Letters (VSLs)
• Produce paid advertisements for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop short-form ad creatives and multiple creative variations for testing
• Create Reels, Shorts, and other social-first promotional content
• Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and conversions
  
  

AI-Generated UGC & Avatar Videos

• Create realistic AI talking avatar videos
• Generate AI voiceovers with natural lip-sync
• Produce AI-generated UGC-style advertisements
• Work with AI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Runway, or similar platforms
• Ensure AI-generated content is authentic, believable, and engaging
  
  

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design premium motion graphics and product showcase animations
• Create visual effects that increase perceived value
• Develop compelling hooks and dynamic ad structures
• Produce polished, high-quality video content aligned with the brand
  
  

Creative Strategy

• Contribute ideas for scripts, ad angles, and creative concepts
• Recommend hooks designed to improve conversion rates
• Apply direct response marketing principles and consumer psychology
• Continuously test and improve creative performance
  
  

Brand Content

• Produce biography-style and documentary-style videos
• Create authority-building content for the brand
• Support future AI-driven educational initiatives when needed
  
  

Requirements


Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience creating high-converting VSLs
• Strong experience editing e-commerce advertisements
• Advanced motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience using AI avatar and AI voice platforms (HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Ability to create realistic AI talking videos
• Excellent storytelling and video editing skills
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Excellent English communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Mid- to senior-level video editing experience
• Sales-minded with a strong understanding of conversion-focused content
• Creative thinker who proactively contributes ideas
• Comfortable combining AI tools with traditional editing workflows
• Experience working with health, medical, wellness, or authority-driven brands is a plus
