About the Client
Our client is an e-commerce and affiliate marketing business growing its presence on TikTok and TikTok Shop. They sell and promote products through short-form video and need a creative, AI-fluent partner who can turn product ideas into scroll-stopping content and keep the shop and affiliate operations organized.

Why does this role exist
Our client needs a hands-on AI Video & Content Editor to turn product ideas and content concepts into high-quality, realistic, social-ready videos for TikTok and TikTok Shop. This role exists to increase content output and testing speed while keeping shop listings and affiliate campaigns running smoothly. By pairing AI video tools with a strong creative eye, this person will help the client find winning products, hooks, and angles faster.

The Impact you'll make

AI Content & Video Production

• Create AI-generated product videos and TikTok-ready short-form content
• Develop multiple hooks, angles, and variations for testing
• Edit and optimize videos for TikTok and TikTok Shop
• Repurpose product information into engaging, story-driven content
• Revise content based on performance data and feedback

TikTok Shop Management

• Manage and maintain product listings, including titles, images, videos, pricing, and details
• Monitor product status and flag or fix listing issues
• Organize products and content for campaigns
• Track basic shop performance and sales metrics

Affiliate Operations

• Research and evaluate affiliate products with strong content and sales potential
• Manage affiliate product selections and links
• Track affiliate content performance and help coordinate promotional pushes
• Monitor trends to spot new products and opportunities

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain spreadsheets or trackers for products, affiliates, content, and results
• Keep campaign and content updates coordinated with the client
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos and content, with a portfolio to show it
• Strong familiarity with AI video generation and editing tools
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok or similar platforms
• Ability to produce realistic, polished visuals with strong hooks and storytelling
• Experience organizing work in spreadsheets or trackers

WFH Set-Up:

• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
