Job Description

We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead who is equal parts AI practitioner, business strategist, and product builder; someone who can deploy AI tools that immediately improve our operations and simultaneously recognize which of those tools can be packaged into commercial products for the Philippine and SEA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Tool Deployment & Operations

  • Identify, evaluate and deploy AI tools across BPO operations (QA, agent assist, workforce management, sentiment analysis, chatbots, RPA, etc.)
  • Own end-to-end implementation: vendor selection, integration, UAT, training, and adoption measurement
  • Develop internal playbooks and SOPs so operational teams can use and sustain deployed AI tools
  • Monitor performance of deployed tools and continuously optimize for measurable ROI

2. AI Product Strategy & Co-Development

  • Identify which internally-deployed tools have commercial potential for the Philippine and SEA markets
  • Manage relationships with AI tech partners and negotiate co-development agreements
  • Define product requirements based on BPO use-case learnings; act as internal product owner
  • Oversee product roadmap, feature prioritization and QA in collaboration with tech partners

3. Business Development & Commercialization

  • Build go-to-market strategy for AI products targeting BPOs, contact centers, and enterprise clients in SEA
  • Identify potential clients, partners, resellers, and distribution channels across the region
  • Represent the company in tech partnerships, investor conversations, and industry forums
  • Structure commercial models (SaaS licensing, revenue share, white-label) in coordination with leadership

4. Executive Team Support & AI Strategy

  • Act as the AI thinking partner to the EVP and CEO; researching trends, surfacing opportunities, and pressure-testing ideas
  • Maintain a live landscape of AI tools relevant to BPO, CX, and enterprise automation
  • Brief leadership on emerging technologies and their implications for the business on a regular cadence
  • Support the executive team in meetings, pitches and partner negotiations as the technical/AI authority

Qualifications:

  • At least 3–7 years of experience in AI/tech implementation, product management, business development, or a combination
  • Exposure to BPO, contact center, CX, or enterprise software environments is a strong advantage
  • Track record of delivering AI or technology projects from concept to live deployment
  • Experience working with or managing relationships with technology vendors or development partners
  • Prior exposure to SEA markets (other than PH) is an advantage but not required

Non-negotiables:

  • You actually use AI tools in your daily work
  • You understand how LLMs, speech AI, and automation platforms work at a functional level (you don't need to be a developer, but you must be able to have a real technical conversation)
  • You can translate between business problems and AI solutions; fluently, in both directions
  • You have a commercial instinct: you see a tool and you think about who else would pay for it
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can operate without a fully-defined structure
