Job Summary

We're looking for detail-oriented and curious individuals to join our team as AI Trainers. In this role, you'll help improve AI systems by reviewing responses, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring outputs are accurate and helpful. If you enjoy problem-solving, research, coding and working with technology, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses.

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas that need improvement.

• Provide feedback to help improve AI performance.

• Conduct basic research and fact-check information when needed.

• Follow project guidelines and quality standards.

• Document findings and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

• Good written English communication skills.

• Comfortable working with technology and online tools.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data analysis.

• Experience in quality assurance, content review, research, or data annotation.

• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
