About the Role
We're looking for an AI evangelist, hands-on practitioner, and technology adoption partner who can immediately apply AI to real workflows, train teams, and build repeatable playbooks that scale across the organization.
You'll start by working with Marketing, Content, Editorial, Design, and Research teams, then expand to other functions once frameworks are proven. This is a highly practical role focused on execution, enablement, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Discovery & Workflow Mapping
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and AI opportunities
- Interview team leads to prioritize high-leverage tasks and quick wins
- Estimate impact (time saved, faster cycle times, higher output, improved quality)
AI Solution Design & Requirements
- Translate business needs into workflow designs and functional requirements
- Define success metrics, testing criteria, and validation steps
- Build scalable end-to-end workflows (e.g., research drafting editing formatting publishing)
Applied AI Execution (Hands-On Delivery)
- Use AI and LLM tools daily for prompting, tool chaining, and workflow automation
- Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on feedback
- Improve speed and consistency while maintaining quality standards
Training, Enablement & Playbooks
- Deliver team trainings, demos, and coaching sessions
- Create reusable playbooks, SOPs, templates, and prompt libraries
- Provide hands-on support until workflows are consistent and measurable
Governance, Security & Responsible Use
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Align implementations with internal policies and approved ecosystems
- Promote safe, consistent AI usage through guidelines and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 4 years of strong applied AI and LLM usage (prompt engineering, workflow automation, tool chaining)
- Experience in process redesign and workflow optimization
- Proven ability in AI training, enablement, and documentation/playbook creation
- Quick learner, highly responsive, and execution-focused
- Strong communicator who can teach others effectively
- Builds practical, repeatable systemsnot one-off AI tricks
