What you'll do
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the organization's AI strategy and initiatives roadmap, identifying high-value opportunities for AI adoption across business functions
- Prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, in partnership with senior leadership
- Stay current on emerging AI tools, models, and techniques (e.g., LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows) and assess their applicability to the business
- Build and maintain a pipeline of AI initiatives, from early concept through business case development
Initiative Definition & Delivery Partnership
- Translate AI opportunities that require technical build-out into clear, scoped initiatives with defined objectives, success metrics, and expected business outcomes
- Partner closely with the BI, Automations & AI Solutions Manager to assess feasibility, scope, and sequencing of proposed initiatives against the delivery team's capacity
- Participate in a shared intake and prioritization process with the BI, Automations & AI Solutions Manager to balance strategic AI initiatives against other team commitments
- Provide subject-matter guidance and requirements clarity to the delivery team throughout execution, without directly managing team members
Hands-On Enablement Execution
- Independently design, build, and maintain self-paced AI learning programs (e.g., Google Classroom courses), without dependency on the BI/Automations/AI Solutions team
- Plan and personally deliver AI workshops, biweekly trainings, and hackathons for onshore and offshore employees
- Build and run the AI Champions network, including content, cadence, and community engagement
- Create training materials, guides, and other enablement content directly, iterating based on participant feedba
- Collaborate directly with other teams (People/HR, business units, department leads) as needed to schedule, localize, or tailor training content — independent of the Solutions Manager's team
Innovation Scouting
- Scout and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and techniques, running small proofs-of-concept personally or with other teams to test viability before recommending broader investment
- Champion a culture of experimentation and responsible AI adoption across onshore and offshore teams
- Recommend new AI tools, platforms, or vendors for adoption based on innovation scouting and pilot results
Governance
- Support the development of AI governance policies, including responsible use, data privacy, and risk management practices for AI initiatives
- Ensure AI initiatives align with broader data governance and compliance requirements
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders proposing or requesting AI-driven solutions
- Present AI strategy, roadmap updates, innovation findings, and business impact to senior leadership
- Build stakeholder buy-in and change management support for AI-driven process changes
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, or resourcing constraints affecting the AI roadmap

- Experience partnering with engineering, data, or BI teams to scope and deliver technical initiatives is strongly preferred
- Experience designing and personally facilitating enablement programs (training, hackathons, champions networks) is required
