Leiva Assistants is seeking an AI Specialist with Social Media Management experience to support a fast-growing luxury salon brand based in Dubai.
This is not a traditional social media manager position. We're looking for someone who is highly skilled in AI tools, content systems, automation, and workflow optimization while also being capable of executing and managing day-to-day social media operations.
The ideal candidate understands how to leverage AI to improve content creation, trend research, planning, and marketing efficiency while maintaining strong creative and organizational skills.
Position Details

- Salary: PHP 50,000 – 60,000/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
AI & Content Systems
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and similar platforms for content ideation, research, planning, and optimization
- Work with existing AI agents, automations, and trend-scraping systems to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Research emerging AI tools and implement new systems that increase efficiency and output quality
- Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows for content creation and marketing operations
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated through AI and no-code tools
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, publish, and manage social media content across multiple platforms
- Support content strategy through trend research, audience insights, and performance analysis
- Assist with basic community engagement and social media monitoring
- Convert long-form and video content into captions, hooks, carousels, content plans, and social media assets
- Collaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, reels, stories, and content initiatives
Operations & Workflow Management
- Maintain and optimize Notion dashboards, content calendars, trackers, and internal systems
- Organize content workflows to improve team efficiency and execution
- Support project coordination related to content production and marketing initiatives
- Help improve operational processes through AI-powered systems and documentation
QualificationsRequired Skills
- Strong experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and other AI-powered tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media content strategy
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation, trend research, repurposing, and workflow development
- Familiarity with content calendars, project management systems, and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of short-form content, hooks, reels, and social media trends
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable learning and implementing new tools and systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Metricool, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Experience building AI workflows, automations, or custom GPTs/agents
- Experience supporting marketing, content, or creative teams
- Understanding of luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or salon brands is a plus
