AI & E-Commerce Specialist
We are looking for an
AI & E-Commerce Specialist who is highly skilled in using AI tools and platforms to improve e-commerce operations, marketing, content creation, research, and overall business efficiency.
The ideal candidate understands the
e-commerce industry and can identify practical ways to use AI to automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, create content, analyze data, and support business growth.
Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Research, test, and implement AI tools and platforms for e-commerce operations.
- Use AI for product research, listing optimization, content creation, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, advertising copy, and other e-commerce content using AI.
- Use AI tools to generate and enhance product images, graphics, videos, and marketing creatives.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows and automations to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
- Analyze e-commerce data and use AI to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Support Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Research new AI tools and recommend solutions that can benefit the business.
- Maintain and improve AI prompts, workflows, templates, and processes.
- Work with the team to identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of current AI tools and platforms.
- Experience using AI for content creation, research, automation, data analysis, or marketing.
- Experience with AI automation and workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Experience with APIs and AI integrations.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify practical AI solutions rather than simply using AI for basic content generation.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
