Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking, technically capable, and highly proactive AI Specialist to help Nexgen Australia fully leverage AI across the organisation.

This person will be responsible for helping us implement and optimise Claude, Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, AI agents, automation workflows, prompt systems, documentation processes, reporting assistants, marketing assistants, and department-specific AI use cases.

The role is not just about using AI tools. We need someone who can understand business problems, identify where AI can create leverage, and then help design, build, test, document, and improve AI-powered workflows across the company.

This person will work closely with our marketing, sales, operations, customer service, IT, and leadership teams to help Nexgen become a more AI-enabled organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

The AI Specialist will help Nexgen implement and maximise the use of Claude and related tools across the business.

Responsibilities Include:

• Setting up practical workflows using Claude, Claude Code, Claude Co-Work, and other AI tools.
• Helping teams use Claude for daily productivity, analysis, writing, reporting, process documentation, and automation.
• Creating clear use cases for different departments.
• Training team members on how to use Claude effectively.
• Building reusable prompt frameworks and AI operating procedures.
• Helping integrate AI into existing workflows rather than treating it as a standalone tool.

The successful candidate will help design and develop AI agents that can support business functions across Nexgen.

Example Agent Use Cases May Include:

• Marketing performance analysis agents.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads review agents.
• Landing page analysis agents.
• Website SEO review agents.
• CRM data analysis agents.
• Sales follow-up support agents.
• Customer service knowledge base agents.
• Reporting and insight generation agents.
• Internal SOP and documentation assistants.

The goal is to create AI agents that save time, reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and help teams execute faster.

The AI Specialist will identify repetitive manual tasks and help automate or streamline them using AI and automation tools.

This May Include:

• Connecting AI tools with spreadsheets, documents, CRM systems, reporting platforms, and internal workflows.
• Assisting with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Helping create workflows that can read data, summarise performance, generate reports, trigger alerts, and assist staff.
• Working with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks.
• Building simple, scalable automation processes that are easy for the business to maintain.

Leadership and Reporting

• Executive summary generation.

The candidate must be able to create, test, and improve prompts that deliver consistent, useful, and accurate outputs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing prompt libraries for different departments.
• Creating structured AI workflows for repeatable tasks.
• Testing AI outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
• Improving prompts based on feedback.
• Documenting best-practice prompt use.
• Creating templates for staff to use confidently.
• Training, Documentation & Internal Adoption
  
  

A major part of this role will be helping the wider business understand and adopt AI.

Responsibilities Include:

• Training staff on how to use AI tools effectively.
• Creating simple how-to guides and SOPs.
• Running internal workshops or training sessions.
• Helping staff understand what AI can and cannot do.
• Building confidence across the company.
• Ensuring AI usage is practical, safe, and aligned with business goals.
  
  

Qualification And Requirements:
