About the Job

Our client is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to lead AI research, evaluation, and advisory initiatives across the organization. This role will stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, assess emerging AI tools and enterprise AI solutions, and provide recommendations on how AI technologies can support the firm's business and technology environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with service lines to understand business requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Stay up to date with the latest developments in generative AI, enterprise AI, and emerging AI technologies.
Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and platforms based on business needs and use cases.
Assess AI solutions and provide architectural guidance on how they fit within the organization's technology environment.
Partner with service lines to gather business requirements and identify AI opportunities that improve processes and productivity.
Monitor AI vendors, platforms, and new technologies to support informed recommendations and adoption.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support the configuration and implementation of AI solutions.
Provide guidance and advisory support on AI best practices, capabilities, and adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in AI research, AI evaluation, solution assessment, AI consulting, or related AI technology roles.
Strong understanding of generative AI, enterprise AI platforms, and the evolving AI landscape.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology or AI solutions.
Ability to evaluate AI tools, vendors, and solution fit for business and technical environments.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with developers or technical teams is an advantage.
