Job Summary:
The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing systems based on product architecture and business requirements using AI-powered programming tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, and CodeWhisperer). The role focuses on building efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions by leveraging artificial intelligence technologies.
The AI Solutions Engineer will also contribute to the development of internal AI platforms and tools that enable teams to reuse AI capabilities across different projects and departments. This role requires proactive exploration of emerging AI technologies to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance productivity across the organization.
The position involves close collaboration with product, operations, and technical teams—including overseas technology teams—to translate business requirements into innovative AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilitie
- sDesign, develop, and optimize systems based on product architecture and business requirements using AI-powered programming tools
- .Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal AI platforms and tools to support scalable AI adoption across teams
- .Identify potential system risks and propose governance strategies and technical solutions leveraging AI technologies
- .Explore and integrate AI tools to improve internal workflows, including AI-assisted documentation, data analysis, presentations, and meeting summaries
- .Build tools, scripts, or automation solutions using AI technologies to improve operational efficiency
- .Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering teams to understand business needs and deliver AI-driven solutions
- .Work closely with overseas technology teams to coordinate development efforts, align technical standards, and ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- .Support testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance of deployed solutions
