As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will lead the delivery of AI-driven projects-building solutions, refining requirements, and collaborating with global teams to ensure successful implementation. You'll bridge technical execution and client needs, driving high-impact outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in fullstack development
- Minimum 3+ years of experience integrating AI solutions
- Comfort and experience building web experiences from scratch
- Proven experience delivering AI-related projects, preferably in the technology or AI industry
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, technical teams, offshore centers, and vendors
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to travel to customer locations and work directly with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges effectively
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office products
- Python (FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangGraph)
- TypeScript (Node, React, Angular, etc.)
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
- Jira for sprint management
Your Daily Tasks
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Develop code, including proof-of-concept interfaces and demos, to guide development and build alignment
- Advocate best practices in coding, system design, project management, and interface design
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and customer stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring successful project progress
- Collaborate with offshore development centers and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support project success
- Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively
- Report on progress, manage expectations, and provide updates to leadership
