Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Open Claw Engineer to help our clients build, secure, and scale the backend infrastructure required to take full advantage of the Open Claw platform.
You will lead backend architecture, cloud infrastructure design, secure integration, and DevOps practices that enable robust Open Claw deployments working collaboratively with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend & Infrastructure Engineering
- Architect, design, and implement scalable backend systems to power Open Claw deployments
- Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration with client systems
- Lead infrastructure planning, including schema design, data flows, and performance optimization
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy and manage infrastructure on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability best practices
Security & Compliance
- Design secure access controls (OAuth, SSO, RBAC) and authentication strategies
- Implement data encryption, vulnerability scanning, and secure coding practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and client requirements
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable backend solutions
- Collaborate with internal technology teams and client technical stakeholders
- Provide documentation, training, and support throughout the deployment lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience
- Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Node.js, or Go
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring)
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure system design
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI or automation tools in production environments
- Background in systems integration or enterprise backend services
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles
