AI Solutions Architect

iSupport Worldwide is looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect / Senior AI Solutions Architect to help design, build, and deliver AI-powered business applications and intelligent automation solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader with expertise in Microsoft Azure, AI application development, cloud engineering, and systems integration.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of AI, cloud architecture, workflow automation, and client-facing solution delivery. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions while driving innovation through modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications, assistants, and agentic workflows.

• Architect and implement solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Azure services.

• Build document intelligence and OCR solutions for document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation.

• Develop secure API integrations with business applications, databases, and third-party platforms.

• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, implementation plans, and scalable cloud architectures.

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality AI solutions.

• Ensure AI governance, security, auditability, and best practices for enterprise AI applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering or technical engineering experience.

• Strong experience developing applications using C#/.NET, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and REST API integrations.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG, document intelligence, embeddings, or semantic search is highly preferred.

• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with identity and security concepts including Azure AD/Entra ID, OAuth, SSO, and RBAC.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
