About the Role
Amptek Growth is seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions & Automation Engineer who thrives on solving complex business problems through technology.
This isn't a role for someone who simply executes tasks. We're looking for a builder, innovator, and systems thinker who takes ownership of outcomes, identifies opportunities proactively, and creates scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows, automations, integrations, and operational systems that help scale the business.
The ideal candidate is purpose-driven, solutions-oriented, highly independent, and passionate about leveraging AI and automation to create operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered business process automations.
- Build scalable workflows using automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, and related tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems, SaaS applications, and internal business platforms.
- Create AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and decision-making.
- Design and deploy AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations using modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for optimization through technology.
- Build automated reporting systems, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with company leadership to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Document automation architecture, processes, SOPs, and implementation frameworks.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic applications.
- Monitor automation performance and proactively improve system reliability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, solutions engineering, AI implementation, software development, or related technical roles.
- Proven experience building workflow automations and business process solutions.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Zapier
- Make (Integromat)
- n8n
- API integrations
- Webhooks
- Workflow automation platforms
- Experience working with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of systems architecture and business process optimization.
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms and business systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI Agents and Agentic Workflow Systems.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or related AI platforms.
- Experience integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar systems.
- SaaS, startup, agency, or high-growth company experience.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience leading automation initiatives that resulted in measurable business outcomes.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Must be available to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Schedule may require overlap with US business hours.

CompensationMonthly Compensation
USD $5,800 per month
Compensation is based on a USD $70,000 annual package and may be influenced by experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated impact in AI and automation projects.
