Requirements
- 4-6 years in Software Development & Support for large-scale platforms
- Experience in PHP (CodeIgniter), HTML, JavaScript, CSS/SASS, GIT, & MySQL
- Background in software analysis, debugging & problem isolation
- Ability to respond professionally to emails & track issues in CRM
- Self-starter, independent worker with problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Proficient in written or verbal English
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new scalable platform features.
- Work with our Chat AI (ChatGPT) and Voice AI (VAPI) integrations and help refine AI-powered workflows that enhance how clients interact with our platform.
- Take part in Agile `software development cycle and collaborate with all members.
- Enhance system robustness and performance with attention to details.
- Provide Software Support for large scale production platforms.
- Be the main contact for escalations raised by internal teams & external clients.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, analyze systems and logs of reported issues.
- Stabilize the situation, suggest workarounds, and update clients.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams and provide input.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout issue resolution.
