Develop and own the strategic vision and roadmap for voicebot solutions utilizing Google Dialogflow.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of voicebot products, from conceptualization through deployment and ongoing improvement.
Provide technical expertise on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations, including intents, entities, and fulfillment processes.
Collaborate with operational, collections, CRM, and customer experience teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
Manage and coordinate a cross-functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA engineers to ensure successful product delivery.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years of professional experience in the AI industry.
Fundamental knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including data handling, model creation, and deployment (MLOps).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and familiarity with data architecture. Preferred: Basic Microsoft Azure certifications like Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), or Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
Proven ability to establish project scope, set objectives, and define success metrics.
