Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of a voice bot platform focused on collections automation. The role will drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of AI-driven customer interaction systems aimed at improving recovery rates and customer experience in the lending lifecycle.

This role will manage a cross-functional team composed of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and QA specialists, and will work closely with executive stakeholders in Collections and Risk functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of the voice bot platform for collections
  • Define product roadmap aligned with business recovery and efficiency goals
  • Lead design and optimization of conversational AI flows (voice, IVR, NLP systems)
  • Improve customer engagement, call containment, and repayment conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to improve model accuracy and intent recognition
  • Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports
  • Translate business requirements into AI/ML product features
  • Work closely with Collections, Risk, and Operations leadership
  • Run experiments (A/B testing, call flow optimization, performance tuning)
  • Ensure system scalability, compliance, and customer experience quality

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years in Product Management or AI Product roles
  • Strong experience in conversational AI / voice bot / chatbot systems
  • Background in fintech, lending, banking, or collections domain preferred
  • Experience working with Data Science / Machine Learning teams
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong stakeholder management with executive-level exposure
  • Experience in contact center or CX automation is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of speech recognition, NLP, or IVR systems

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in collections automation or credit risk systems
  • Exposure to AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, Azure AI, or similar platforms
  • Experience in Southeast Asia fintech ecosystem
  • Background in scaling AI-driven customer service platforms
