We are hiring a hands-on AI-Powered Designer who actively uses modern AI tools such as Claude, Canva AI, Figma, and similar AI-assisted design platforms to create, prototype, and ship real creative work.
This is a builder role for someone who collaborates with AI as part of their daily workflow and knows how to turn ideas into polished, high-performing content quickly and reliably.
The ideal candidate understands how content works across digital platforms, from paid ads to organic social, and has the visual instinct and curiosity to keep pushing what is possible with AI.
You will work directly with founders and content teams to produce creatives, video content, and brand assets that drive real results for US-facing clients and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted design platforms such as Claude, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and similar tools as part of your daily workflow
- Design social media creatives, ad visuals, and content assets across multiple formats
- Create short-form video content and motion graphics suited for paid and organic social
- Adapt designs for US-based clients and audiences, understanding tone, platform norms, and what performs
- Translate briefs and ideas into visually compelling, on-brand output
- Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and performance
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines while keeping output fresh and relevant
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to ship high-impact creative
- Stay current with evolving AI-assisted design and content ecosystems
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience using Canva, Figma, and at least one video editing tool
- Active use of AI tools in your design process - Claude, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar
- Experience designing for social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Understanding of how content works in paid ads and organic social - not just how it looks, but how it performs
- Experience working with US-based clients or US-facing brands
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver on deadlines
- Clear communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Based in the Philippines
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or short-form video production
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows in Figma
- Understanding of performance metrics and how design impacts ad results
- Startup or agency environment experience
- Exposure to brand-building for B2B or SaaS companies
