AI Platform Training & Documentation Specialist

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a part-time AI Platform Training & Documentation Specialist to support internal training and help center documentation for its internal AI platform, used across agency teams. This role works closely with the Product Manager to help internal users understand and effectively use the AI platform through training sessions and clear, up-to-date documentation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm GMT + 8

Responsibilities:

• Support and independently lead internal training sessions for agency teams (after building relevant experience).
• Develop onboarding materials for new platform users and new starters.
• Create team-specific training content tailored to different workflows and use cases.
• Maintain and improve the platform's help center documentation (Intercom).
• Create clear how-to guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.
• Develop practical, workflow-based examples for different teams (e.g., keyword research, content ideation, reporting support).
• Keep training materials and documentation current as features and workflows evolve.
• Reporting line: Reports directly to the Product Manager, AI Platform.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and writing skills with a genuine curiosity about AI tools.
• An enthusiastic, empathetic approach to helping others learn new technology.
• Proactive and comfortable taking general direction and running with it independently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage documentation and training materials.
• Confident presenting to groups or willing to develop this skill quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in training, onboarding, or documentation-focused roles
• Familiarity with AI tools
