Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on developer to work as part of my team on enterprise AI, automation, and application development initiatives. The resource should have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, along with good full-stack development understanding across backend APIs, frontend UI, cloud integrations, and GenAI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Create copilots, chatbots, workflows, and automation solutions for business and support use cases.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs, integrations, and services using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
- Support frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Work on AI/GenAI integrations, agent-based workflows, prompt design, and automation use cases.
- Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based environments, and troubleshooting activities.
- Follow security, RBAC, audit, governance, and enterprise development standards.
- Document technical designs, flows, deployment steps, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise data sources.
- Experience with Python, REST APIs, backend services, or full-stack application development.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular or TypeScript.
- Understanding of Power Platform environments, solutions, security roles, and ALM.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
Good To Have
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
- Knowledge of Azure services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, or AWS.
- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, LangGraph, agentic AI, or Copilot-based automation.
- Experience with Docker, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.
- Understanding of enterprise security, audit logging, RBAC, and credential management.
