JOB DESCRIPTION

The AI Operations & Growth Engineer is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing AI-driven systems that support business operations, data analysis, CRM management, imaging, and prospecting activities. This role focuses on applying AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive scalable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Systems & Automation

  • Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered workflows to support daily business operations.
  • Automate repetitive and manual processes across CRM, data management, and prospecting.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend AI-based improvements.
  • Document AI systems, workflows, and processes.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Collect, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance.
  • Use AI tools to generate insights and forecasts.

CRM Management

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems including pipelines and automations.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and proper segmentation.
  • Implement AI-assisted lead scoring and follow-ups.

Imaging & Visual Support

  • Generate, edit, or enhance images using AI tools.
  • Support marketing and internal presentations with visuals.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research, qualify, and enrich prospect lists using AI tools.
  • Build and manage AI-assisted outbound workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Practical experience using AI tools for business operations or growth.
  • Strong data analysis and CRM management experience.
  • Familiarity with AI imaging or content-generation tools.
  • Experience supporting prospecting or lead generation activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English (business-level proficiency required).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

  • Reduction in manual tasks through AI automation.
  • Accuracy and usefulness of reports and dashboards.
  • CRM data quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Lead quality and conversion performance.
