AI-Native Product Manager
We are building AI-native products that transform how businesses operate, make decisions, and scale. We are looking for an AI-Native Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can work closely with founders, engineers, and AI specialists to bring innovative products to market.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who embraces AI tools, moves quickly, thinks strategically, and is passionate about building products from idea to launch.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap alongside company leadership.
- Lead product discovery, customer research, and validation efforts.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Use AI tools to accelerate product design, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making.
- Prioritize opportunities based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related experience.
- Experience managing digital products, SaaS platforms, AI products, or automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Ability to work directly with software engineers and technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into practical product solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, automation platforms, or machine learning products.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, Workato, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Experience building internal tools, workflow automation solutions, or AI-powered applications.
- Startup, scale-up, or founder-led company experience.
- Technical background in software development, engineering, data, or systems analysis.
