Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems
- Work closely with business, product, and data teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model training on large datasets
- Build and optimize models for use cases such as customer personalization, demand forecasting, recommendations, churn prediction, and pricing
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve accuracy
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines for model training and inference
- Support model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production environments
- Implement explainability, validation, and bias checks for AI models
- Document model assumptions, methodologies, and outcomes
- Support UAT, business validation, and post-deployment optimization
- Act as a subject-matter expert for AI/ML best practices and frameworks
- Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to AI standards and guidelines
- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them where relevant
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning or advanced analytics roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Python-based ML development
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Ability to design end-to-end ML solutions from problem definition to deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong plus
Education Qualification
