The Qualifications We Seek
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning with end-to-end project delivery experience
- Experience in data acquisition, feature engineering, model development, ML Ops deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud technologies, including BigQuery and Vertex AI
- Experience with ML platforms such as Alteryx, Databricks, H2O.ai, or similar tools
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, APIs, and data engineering workflows
- Industry experience in Media, Telco, or Finance is an advantage
- Experience with machine learning libraries, experimentation methods, and statistical analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Your Daily Tasks
- Analyze customer, product, subscription, and engagement data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Deliver actionable insights that support business, marketing, pricing, and operational decisions
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions to measure performance and business outcomes
- Build and enhance machine learning models for customer behavior, segmentation, engagement, and retention
- Manage the full model lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to monitoring and optimization
- Drive AI/ML experimentation, prototyping, and innovation initiatives
- Continuously improve data science processes, documentation, and development standards
- Apply emerging AI technologies and best practices to strengthen business capabilities
- Deliver high-impact data science solutions that improve revenue, efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Ensure model performance, ML pipeline stability, and operational reliability
- Promote the adoption of innovative tools, methodologies, and technologies across the organization
