Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Summary: As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role includes building robust application pipelines that are production-ready, integrating generative artificial intelligence models, and working on diverse technologies such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in GCP - Vertex AI. - Strong understanding of cloud-based machine learning workflows and deployment strategies. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable AI models using cloud infrastructure. - Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence techniques and their practical applications. - Proficient in managing data pipelines and ensuring data quality for AI model training and inference. - Ability to optimize AI models for performance and cost efficiency in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GCP - Vertex AI. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
