Role: AI Marketing & Sales Operations Strategist
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Philippines - Any CS Branch (Makati, Ortigas, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao)
Schedule: Night shift
Job description:
- Drive AI adoption across marketing, sales, and operations workflows
- Build automated dashboards and predictive analytics for business insights
- Optimize HubSpot CRM pipelines, workflows, and lifecycle management
- Develop NetSuite integrations, reports, and executive dashboards
- Design lifecycle campaigns with segmentation and AI-driven targeting
- Enhance websites using SEO, UX, and conversion optimization strategies
- Manage Shopify storefronts, improving catalog and merchandising performance
- Expand marketplace presence across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
Qualification and requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing, sales, or digital operations roles
- Advanced HubSpot CRM expertise; Salesforce or similar accepted
- Strong NetSuite experience with dashboards and custom reporting
- Proven success with AI tools and automation workflows
- Strong knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO strategies for AI-driven searchability
- Skilled in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and journey mapping
- Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries preferred
