We are looking for an AI Marketing Operations Specialist for a fast-growing US-based client that helps businesses streamline their operations using marketing systems, automation, and AI tools. They primarily work with service-based businesses and handle a mix of marketing execution, CRM setup, and workflow automation.
This role focuses on day-to-day execution across marketing, CRM, and internal workflows. The systems, tools, and processes are already in place. What's needed is someone who can run them reliably and keep things moving. This is not a strategy or creative role. Successful candidate will work within defined workflows and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:CRM and Automation (GoHighLevel)
- Set up and maintain pipelines based on how leads move through the process
- Build and adjust automations such as follow-ups, reminders, and sequences
- Keep contact data clean and properly organized (tags, fields, segmentation)
- Support inbox monitoring and appointment scheduling when needed
Campaign Execution
- Run email and outreach campaigns based on existing workflows
- Load and manage sequences in the system
- Coordinate assets using AI tools and internal processes
- Monitor campaign activity and flag issues
Prospect and Pipeline Work
- Research prospects and organize information clearly
- Keep pipeline stages and next actions up to date
- Help convert signed deals into structured project tasks
Content Support
- Draft and schedule social posts using provided guidelines
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter formats
- Handle basic comment replies and flag anything that needs escalation
Reporting and Research
- Help pull together campaign and pipeline reports
- Run simple research tasks when needed
- Document outputs in a consistent format
QUALIFICATIONS:Must Have
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel beyond basic use
- Experience building automations, not just using CRM features
- Experience working with marketing workflows or automation
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, automation, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
Good to Have
- Exposure to Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Experience with cold email tools or lead research platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier or Make
- Basic understanding of SEO or analytics
