Job Description

Job Title: AI Marketing Automation Lead - Content Systems, Campaigns & Lifecycle Growth

Company: Wonder Group - Wedded Wonderland / Liviti

Location: Remote

About the Role

Wonder Group is looking for an AI Marketing Automation Lead to help build a high-output, AI-native marketing engine across Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.

This role is for a marketer who thinks in systems.

You should understand marketing strategy, content, campaigns, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, CRM, automation, reporting, and conversion. You should also know how to use AI to increase speed, quality, personalization, and output without sacrificing brand, trust, or commercial focus.

For Wedded Wonderland, you will support marketing across luxury weddings, destination weddings, venues, vendors, planners, tourism boards, hospitality groups, luxury travel partners, couples, wedding professionals, and the Wedded Concierge and Advisor offering.

For Liviti, you will support marketing across property investment, finance, wealth education, referral partners, brokers, accountants, advisors, clients, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build repeatable AI-assisted marketing workflows from research to brief, draft, edit, approve, publish, repurpose, and report.
  • Create campaign automation across email, CRM, social, website, content, webinar, and partner channels.
  • Use AI to improve segmentation, personalisation, content production, campaign testing, and reporting.
  • Work with creative, editorial, sales, product, growth, and leadership teams.
  • Build lifecycle journeys for leads, clients, partners, vendors, venues, couples, wedding professionals, and community members.
  • Create systems for repurposing long-form content into short-form posts, emails, blogs, scripts, ads, landing pages, newsletters, and sales enablement material.
  • Maintain brand voice, quality, compliance, and editorial standards.
  • Build AI-assisted reporting workflows for marketing performance.
  • Use AI to support SEO briefs, content refreshes, competitor research, campaign ideation, and audience insights.
  • Help train the marketing team to work in an AI-native operating model.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • You have built a repeatable AI-assisted content production workflow.
  • You have launched at least two automated lifecycle or nurture campaigns.
  • You have improved campaign production speed without lowering quality.
  • You have created content repurposing systems for at least one business unit.
  • You have improved segmentation inside the CRM.
  • You have created a marketing reporting rhythm that shows output, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • You have helped the team reduce manual marketing production work.

Required Experience

  • Experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, content operations, campaign management, CRM marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Strong practical use of AI tools for marketing workflows.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience building marketing workflows across multiple channels.
  • Strong copywriting and campaign judgement.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, nurturing, funnels, customer journeys, and conversion.
  • Ability to work with creative, sales, product, growth, and leadership teams.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality control across AI-assisted content.
  • Comfort working with campaign data and reporting.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io, Braze, or similar.
  • Experience with AI content workflows, prompt libraries, brand voice systems, editorial QA, and content repurposing.
  • Experience in luxury, weddings, travel, hospitality, property, finance, real estate, wealth, or marketplaces.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO.
  • Experience managing newsletters, webinars, events, communities, or partner campaigns.
  • Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Runway, Canva, Descript, CapCut, Airtable, Notion, Make, Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Someone who simply uses ChatGPT to write captions
  • Candidates who cannot build a marketing operating system
  • AI marketing experience limited to writing social posts faster

You understand that AI does not replace marketing strategy - it gives strong marketers the ability to execute at a much higher level. You are comfortable moving between creative ideas, automation logic, CRM segments, campaign performance, content calendars, and commercial outcomes.
