About the Role
As Operations Manager supporting our AI and Large Language Model (LLM) programs, you will join a global team of subject-matter experts and diverse leaders across a wide range of disciplines. You will own the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of client-facing AI data operations in one of the fastest-moving sectors in technology.
This is a fast-paced, technology-driven environment that rewards speed, standardization, and an AI-native operations mindset. You will be expected to drive efficiency as the default operating mode, with reactive problem-solving reserved only for genuine exceptions
Delivery & Performance
- Lead end-to-end deployment of small to medium projects in collaboration with Project Managers, Team Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and all stakeholders
- Support total client satisfaction through close monitoring and consistent attainment of daily key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and implement tracking, monitoring, and reporting methodologies for all service levels (SLAs) required under each client engagement.
- Direct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation across the team and define resolution and operations strategies to achieve all service-level commitments.
- Assess and prioritize the top operational issues affecting productivity, capacity, delivery, quality, and training, and implement mitigation measures with fellow Operations leaders.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Translate business requirements into executable operations plans and collaborate with support teams during deployment and execution.
- Drive standardization and efficiency across processes, embedding continuous improvement as a core operating discipline.
- Improve policies, products, processes, and support systems by providing data-driven insights and surfacing feedback from frontline teams.
- Identify potential risks or issues with project implementation and proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead project and process kick-offs, monitor and report status, and initiate resolution discussions for any challenges.
Change & Stakeholder Management
- Manage, monitor, and communicate change delivery items, partnering with client change management teams on the implementation of change orders and requests.
- Coordinate new-hire deployment to client platforms and ensure alignment on service-level expectations.
- Partner with Quality Assurance teams on shared goals, quality standards, and productivity benchmarks.
People Leadership
- Coach and mentor all leaders within your span, cascading consistent people-management practices down to frontline analysts and raters.
- Strengthen the management of training programs — planning, design, development, delivery, process review, and performance evaluation.
- Support senior leaders on business and expansion strategies, revenue and profitability goals, and overall financial improvement plans.
Required
- Minimum 5 years of operations and people management experience, including managing other leaders, in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree required. Degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related computing
- Proven adaptability to a technology-driven environment, with a clear aptitude for adopting new tools and an AI-native operations mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret insights to streamline operations and elevate client experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through to successful implementation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with English proficiency at C1 (CEFR) or above. Native proficiency in another language is considered only where operationally required.
- Comfort with the availability and responsiveness expectations of a senior operational role, including flexibility to support urgent business and client needs.
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, PMP, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI data operations, data annotation, prompt evaluation, content moderation, trust and safety, or LLM-related managed services.
- Experience supporting global technology clients in competitive, high-growth, or technology-driven operations environments.
