Role Description

We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu, The Philippines. The responsibilities include developing integration solutions for AI technologies within existing systems, troubleshooting and optimizing software, and managing the seamless interaction between various digital tools and platforms. The role also involves analyzing system performance, collaborating with team members, and contributing to SAWO's commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve our AI-powered systems
• Design flow of data, workflows, and automation
• Take ownership of integrations and technical execution
• Work closely with all departments
• Help shape engineering culture, standards, and team understanding
• Continuously improve the intelligence, reliability, and usability of our current systems in place

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development to design and implement AI solutions
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system optimization
• Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with team members and explain complex concepts
• Experience with SaaS, data systems, or AI products is a plus
• Knowledge of machine learning integration is an advantage
• Experience working with AI APIs, agent workflows, or automation systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
