Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented professional to help accelerate organizational scalability, operational maturity, AI adoption, and process standardization across the enterprise.

The Organizational Enablement, AI & Operational Scalability Strategist will play a critical role in helping the organization scale efficiently by improving how teams adopt processes, systems, workflows, automation tools, and operational best practices. This position will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, IT, PMO, Business Development, Marketing, HR, and Strategic Initiatives to support organizational growth through scalable learning systems, process enablement, AI-assisted workflow adoption, and operational documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex operational processes into structured, scalable systems that improve organizational consistency, onboarding effectiveness, execution quality, and technology adoption. This is a strategic operational enablement role focused on building scalable organizational infrastructure that supports rapid growth and operational efficiency.

This is a night shift, work-from-home role.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Scalability & Enablement

  • Design and implement scalable onboarding, operational learning, and role-readiness systems across departments
  • Build standardized enablement frameworks that improve operational consistency and employee effectiveness
  • Develop scalable training resources, process guides, SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational playbooks
  • Create systems that reduce dependency on tribal knowledge and improve organizational knowledge transfer
  • Support organizational readiness initiatives tied to growth, process changes, and operational expansion

AI Adoption & Workflow Enablement

  • Support enterprise adoption of AI tools, automation technologies, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Develop AI usage guides, prompt libraries, departmental best practices, and AI learning resources
  • Partner with leadership and departments to identify repetitive processes and workflow automation opportunities
  • Assist teams in integrating AI tools into daily operational workflows
  • Help improve organizational AI literacy, adoption consistency, and workflow effectiveness

Process Documentation & Operational Infrastructure

  • Partner with departments to map, document, and standardize workflows and operational procedures
  • Build centralized knowledge management resources and operational documentation systems
  • Create scalable process support materials that improve execution consistency and onboarding speed
  • Support operational rollout initiatives and cross-functional implementation efforts
  • Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies, friction points, and process gaps

Cross-Functional Project & Change Management Support

  • Support PMO and Strategic Initiatives teams with organizational communication and implementation support
  • Assist with operational change management initiatives related to systems, workflows, and automation
  • Coordinate training and enablement activities tied to operational and technology initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, training meetings, and collaborative working sessions
  • Help improve organizational alignment and communication across departments

Operational Learning & Performance Support

  • Develop scalable learning resources that improve employee adoption of systems and operational processes
  • Support manager enablement and leadership development initiatives
  • Help create operational accountability frameworks and role-based learning structures
  • Monitor and improve training effectiveness, process adoption, and operational enablement outcomes

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in AI-Enablement initiatives, instructional design, organizational learning, enablement, training, operations support, or process improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Experience developing training materials, SOPs, workflow documentation, or scalable learning resources
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
