Audit existing client systems and identify key opportunities for automation and AI integration.

Design, build, and deploy custom AI workflows (chatbots, auto-responders, CRM integrations, and LLM pipelines).

Train team members and clients on how to maximize productivity using AI tools.

Monitor performance, troubleshoot integrations, and optimize system speed and accuracy.

Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n).

Strong familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and custom GPT/AI agent setup.

Practical understanding of CRM architecture and database management.
