AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect)

About the Role:

Are you a strong communicator who understands AI and knows how to turn business challenges into practical process improvements 

The VA Group is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist (Client Systems Architect) to help clients successfully adopt and maximize AI-powered solutions through MAVIS.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify operational challenges, gather feedback, and translate business needs into effective AI solutions. You will serve as the bridge between the client, their processes, and our AI capabilities.

We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and client relationship skills
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or similar AI tools
• Basic prompt engineering knowledge
• Experience in Training, Operations, Process Improvement, or Operations Analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation to improve productivity
• Design and refine AI prompts, workflows, automations, SOPs, and process documentation
• Translate business needs into practical, structured AI solutions
• Configure and optimize MAVIS based on client requirements
• Train clients and explain AI solutions in clear, non-technical terms
• Monitor results, gather feedback, and improve implementations
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage client deliverables and follow-ups
