AI IMPLEMENTATION LEAD Job Summary
The AI Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that address complex business challenges and drive innovation. The role oversees AI engineering initiatives, ensures the delivery of scalable and production-ready AI systems, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, training, and deployment of AI and machine learning models using modern AI frameworks and technologies
- Oversee the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including data engineering, model development, testing, validation, optimization, and production deployment
- Guide and mentor AI engineers in the implementation of best practices for AI engineering, MLOps, cloud architecture, and software development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define AI strategies and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives
- Drive research, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, large language models, natural language processing, and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or enterprise technology solution delivery
- Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, generative AI, large language models, and advanced machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), MLOps, containerization, microservices, APIs, and enterprise-scale AI deployments
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience in banking, financial services, and AI governance frameworks
